President & CEO

Jon Williams holds a BS in International Business and is an MBA Candidate. He retired in 2013 as a Combat Marine with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, serving in roles that included Marksmanship and CQB Instructor, K9 Handler and Trainer, Amphibious Raider, PSD VC, and SOC Platoon Leader. His military career established a strong foundation in leadership, operational execution, and decision-making in complex and contested environments.

Following military service, Jon transitioned directly into the defense industry, serving for nearly 11 years as Director of Business Development at Stonehold. In this role, he led large-scale defense material procurement efforts, executed multimillion-dollar transactions, and managed extensive national and international networks. He maintained and grew both B2B and B2C relationships while driving measurable revenue impact.

Jon later worked with Microsoft and its portfolio of companies, including Xbox, Bing, Mixer, Microsoft Stores, and 343 Industries. This experience expanded his exposure to large-scale technology operations, global corporate ecosystems, and cross-functional leadership within both consumer and enterprise environments.

In parallel, Jon served in executive leadership roles within the motorsports industry, including CEO positions in Formula Drift P1 and the American Rally Association. These roles further reflect his ability to lead high-performance organizations operating in competitive, time-sensitive, and sponsor-driven environments.

Building on this combined background across military operations, defense procurement, global technology, and executive leadership, Jon founded Weapons Aerospace & Research Inc. (WAR Inc.). Through WAR Inc., he travels globally for business, works directly in Ukraine, and engages with partners and programs aligned with INDOPACOM and AFRICOM, as well as with EU and NATO stakeholders, advancing next-generation defense manufacturing, RDT&E, and mission-driven innovation in support of U.S. and allied partners.

Chief Technology Officer

Clint Meyers is the Chief Technology Officer of Weapons Aerospace & Research Inc. (WAR Inc.) and a senior technologist with nearly three decades of experience in military grade electro optic and laser systems supporting defense, law enforcement, and government programs. He is a graduate of Central Washington University and has built his career at the intersection of advanced imaging, directed energy, and operationally relevant technology development.

Throughout his career, Clint has designed and delivered a wide range of specialized systems, including low light and night vision solutions, high power laser platforms, and non lethal visual disruption technologies. His work has directly supported programs for the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and domestic and international law enforcement agencies. In parallel, he has served as a technical advisor to multiple U.S. military branches on non lethal, obscuration, and visual effects initiatives.

Clint is also a recognized trainer in visual targeting and disruption techniques, combining deep technical expertise with practical operational application. He founded and built what is widely regarded as the largest non lethal light and laser military program in the world, establishing new benchmarks for capability, safety, and effectiveness.

As Chief Technology Officer, Clint leads WAR Inc.’s technology strategy, research and development, and advanced engineering efforts across electro optics, imaging, and non lethal systems. Operating from Washington State, he drives the development of next generation capabilities while ensuring technical rigor, scalability, and mission relevance, reinforcing WAR Inc.’s position as a leader in advanced defense technology.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Ariana Williams is a senior human resources executive with more than nine years of experience building resilient, compliant, and scalable people operations within high growth and regulated organizations. Her background is rooted in workforce strategy, organizational design, talent systems, and governance, with a consistent focus on aligning people infrastructure to business execution and long term mission objectives.

Throughout her career, Ariana has led enterprise level human resources initiatives supporting periods of rapid growth, organizational change, and increased regulatory complexity. Her work has included HRIS and ATS optimization, executive workforce planning, policy development and compliance alignment, compensation benchmarking, and leadership enablement. These efforts have produced measurable improvements in operational efficiency, risk management, and organizational clarity.

Ariana is recognized for her ability to translate business strategy into disciplined and scalable people systems. She partners closely with executive leadership to ensure talent, structure, and accountability frameworks are aligned with organizational priorities and operational realities.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ariana oversees the development and execution of people strategy across the organization, with an emphasis on compliance, leadership effectiveness, and culture. Her approach is grounded in operational rigor, integrity, and human connection, enabling high performance teams to operate with trust, clarity, and resilience in demanding environments.

Senior Director of Commercial Engagement and Public Programs

Adam Zapata is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning manufacturing operations, commercial execution, sales leadership, and inventory control. He received his education from a Northern California business school, establishing a strong foundation in operational efficiency, customer engagement, and disciplined revenue execution.

Throughout his career, Adam has held progressively responsible roles supporting complex supply chains and high-value customer engagements. His background combines hands-on manufacturing and inventory management experience with commercial leadership, enabling him to align customer requirements with production capacity, fulfillment timelines, and operational realities. This perspective has allowed him to consistently support account growth, improve delivery performance, and strengthen long-term partner relationships.

In parallel with his professional career, Adam has pursued continued education and specialized training as a first responder, in small arms handling, and in executive protection. These disciplines reinforce his attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to operate effectively in high-responsibility environments where reliability and accountability are critical.

As Senior Director of Commercial Engagement and Public Programs at Weapons Aerospace & Research Inc. (WAR Inc.), Adam leads the company’s forward-facing commercial presence, overseeing trade shows, defense expos, industry events, and public engagements that position WAR Inc. in front of partners, customers, and stakeholders. He is responsible for planning and executing the company’s external programs from concept through on-site delivery, ensuring every public interaction reflects operational credibility, technical depth, and brand discipline.

Adam serves as the integration point between business development, marketing, and operations, translating strategic objectives into high-impact commercial showcases and partner engagements. He manages event strategy, customer-facing logistics, and commercial activation efforts while maintaining alignment with compliance and operational realities. In this role, he strengthens WAR Inc.’s external footprint, builds durable industry relationships, and ensures the company presents a consistent, professional presence across global defense and industrial forums.

Chief Operations Officer

Jordan served 11 years (2003–2015) as an Infantry Marine, completing multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as non-combat deployments with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command. His military service established a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and operational execution under demanding conditions.

Following his transition from the Marine Corps, Jordan entered the private sector in account management and business development roles, where he spent more than six years consistently exceeding sales targets. In addition to revenue generation, he assumed expanded responsibilities across marketing, advertising, and platform strategy, developing a deep understanding of how integrated sales and branding efforts drive sustainable business growth. His ability to adapt across industries and platforms enabled the companies he supported to scale efficiently while maintaining cost discipline.

Through this work, Jordan identified his professional niche: helping organizations grow intelligently and sustainably without unnecessary overhead or wasted capital. His approach emphasizes operational efficiency, practical execution, and measurable return on investment.

As Chief Operating Officer of Weapons Aerospace & Research Inc. (WAR Inc.), Jordan oversees day-to-day operations, internal execution, and cross-functional coordination across the company’s defense, manufacturing, and technology initiatives. He is responsible for translating strategic vision into executable plans, aligning sales, marketing, and operational teams, and ensuring programs scale effectively while maintaining compliance, quality, and fiscal discipline. In this role, Jordan focuses on building durable internal systems, supporting partner growth, and enabling WAR Inc. to deliver high-impact capabilities in support of U.S. and allied defense objectives.

Chief Strategy Officer

Mark D. Owens holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a senior defense executive and former U.S. Army Acquisition Corps leader with nearly three decades of experience operating at the intersection of national security strategy, force modernization, and industrial capability development.

He served in leadership roles across the Department of Defense and the Special Operations community, managing complex acquisition and capability portfolios that included advanced munitions, precision fires, soldier systems, and rapid integration initiatives. His military career centered on aligning operational requirements with disciplined program execution, emphasizing governance, accountability, and industrial scalability to build long-term institutional resilience.

Following military service, Mark transitioned into senior executive and strategic advisory roles within defense technology organizations. He has held multiple C-suite positions focused on corporate growth, government engagement, industrial base alignment, and competitive positioning. His work consistently translates operational insight into structured, sustainable business outcomes while maintaining trusted relationships across defense, industry, and policy stakeholders.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Mark serves on defense-related boards and charitable organizations, contributing governance oversight, strategic continuity, and mission-aligned stewardship.
